Two Axis Servo Sprayer Machine

  • Two axis servo sprayers have precise and adjustable spraying and air blowing along with the X and Y axis. Servo motor adopts delta make drive motor with high precision control.
  • The pinion gear and its rack drive system made up with special coating to prevent from rust and lubrication to gear and rack improves the stable and long term operation of the equipment.

  • For fix and moving half moulds, sprayer can be controlled independently and nozzle can be easily adjusted at any direction. There are also optional extended nozzles for any complex mould. Nozzles are easily removable for cleaning and it get block easily.

  • Servo sprayers adopts the touch screen display and spraying setting can easily edited on the human- machine interface on it. It also has fault digngosis display function for convenient use and maintenance.
  • Two axis servo sprayer can move around while spraying and also can set for fix point spraying, the lower layer of nozzles is separate and specially for powerful air blow which effectively removes the residues above the mould.
